SAN DIEGO – Cognetic Technologies announced today that it was awarded a two-year cost plus fixed-fee prime contract with up to eight option years to provide Naval Information Warfare Systems Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) Business Systems and Enterprise Information Systems, Code 534, systems engineering, software engineering, and life-cycle support for developing and sustaining business systems and enterprise information systems for Navy, DoD, Foreign Military Sales, and Federal agencies. If fully executed the contract’s ceiling for Cognetic is in excess of $59 million over 10 years. Cognetic will be joined by subcontractors WCG LLC and G2 Software Systems.

The purpose of the contract is to provide Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SSC Pacific), Business Systems and Enterprise Information Systems, Code 54000, software and systems engineering development and sustainment support for enterprise business applications. If fully executed the contract’s ceiling for Cognetic is $18,657,820. Cognetic will be joined in the effort by San Diego companies Intelesis Technologies and Trusted Solutions Group and Slidell, LA-based CDIT LLC.
